Established in 1987, FLEETLINE (Despatch) Ltd is an independent, family run business which takes great pride in offering a personal and professional, same day courier service.

We have an excellent record of continuous growth and expansion, along with a nationwide customer base. This is evidence of our ability to provide an efficient courier service throughout the business sector within Lincolnshire.

We have an extensive, comprehensive fleet of vehicles ranging from small vans through to 6 pallet flatbeds. With our large fleet of vehicles we are able to efficiently service the needs of our customers even on the busiest days. We take pride in our clean, regularly serviced and maintained vehicles.

All of our couriers have mobile communications so proof of delivery can be obtained immediately, providing you with complete peace of mind.

Operations (Booking and Tracking)

All of our Operations Controllers have experience in the field and are always available to give guidance on the best delivery route / method to ensure that your consignment is delivered with the minimum of delay.

Our controllers use the latest computer techniques to plan and control - as a result we are able to track your consignment right down to the courier walking through the door of it's final destination!

Time Critical

As the customer - you state the delivery time - we will guarantee that time - if we can't, our experienced operations staff will inform you BEFORE your booking is accepted, through their knowledge and experience of scheduling and routing.

We operate a round-the-clock service - the same dedication we exercise throughout the day continues through those twilight hours - accommodating and working around your shift patterns.

Tenders

Critical timed deadlines can be guaranteed with Fleetline. Our dedicated service will ensure that! You will not lose that all-important contract due to late or non-delivery.

Service Engineers

Insurance

We offer full Goods in Transit Insurance fully inclusive in all our quotations, for vehicle loads to the value of £10,000. For loads over £10,000 we can offer you insurance for a minimal fee. Whatever your needs, you have the assurance of the utmost due care and attention.

Our dedicated service ensures that the vehicle which collects is the vehicle that delivers - no depot sorting - no third party handling. Since 1987 we have a 100% record for safe arrival of goods and no claims on our inclusive Goods in Transit Insurance.
